Michael Mallory, Lisa Kaepernick and Shayne Mora of Bellingham OB/GYN and Associates (BOGA), have joined the Bellingham-based PeaceHealth practice of OB/GYNs. We certainly hope that you will continue to see your preferred OB/GYN provider at the PeaceHealth Women’s Clinic at 4465 Cordata Parkway South in Bellingham.
If you will be continuing your care at Peace Health Medical Group, then no worries. We (Kaepernick, Mallory, and Mora) will have ongoing access to your recent medical records. We will update your information in the chart at PeaceHealth. Please mention you are a transferring patient to the scheduling staff and we will work to update your records prior to your appointment.

In accordance with applicable state law, you may be charged a reasonable fee for the copying and transmittal of records. The exact amount depends on the size of your file and your state's regulations.
Most states allow by law up to 30 days to process records requests. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, it can take up to 30 days. We do our best to process all requests sooner, as we know how important they are.
Yes, with proper authorization. Parents or guardians for minors, attorneys with a HIPAA-compliant release form, and others with notarized permission may submit requests on your behalf. The form will guide you through what is required.
